Angel has been doing dance since she can remember! at about 6 years old her mother put her in her first dance camp and since then she did competitive cheerleading through middle school and later on pursued musical theatre and show choir. Now she is a two year strong poler who found love in the sensual yet powerful art and is super excited to grow and help others grow with her!

Hi my name is Lilli Dew I'm 44 years old and I moved to Southern Florida from Ontario, Canada one year ago. I am a Canfitpro certified Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and Mind/Body Specialist. I also hold several other specialist certifications (TRX Suspension Training, Kettle Bell Foundations, Spin, Barre Physique, Aerial Hoop Level 1 and 2, Aqua, working towards Xpert Level 1 and 2 Pole Certification). choices as a daily way of life even more-so since becoming a Mother. As a woman, strength is very much our new form of beauty, an important way to celebrate our amazing bodies capabilities. I look forward to sharing my passion/love for health, wellness and fitness on the pole with you over at Girl Next Door Fitness.

Cynthia began training pole and aerial arts in 2016. She became XPERT certified in Pole 1 & 2 and Flexibility Flow in 2021. In addition to the United States, she has trained at pole and aerial arts studios in Japan and South Korea. Cynthia is excited to share her diverse knowledge and passion for pole and aerial arts with others!

Elektra is a passionate and multifaceted dance instructor who has dedicated her life to the performing arts. With a background in competitive gymnastics and cheerleading, Elektra's love for the art of dance was ignited at a young age. Her 11th grade year she was accepted into a prestigious performing arts academy in California where she majored in dance. At 18 she embarked on a career as a performing artist on Disney Cruise Lines and later went on to pursue her goals as a backup dancer for live bands and music videos, showcasing her versatility and stage presence.
Through her teachings you will learn how to tap into your uninhibited, divine feminine energy, unleash your inner tigress and become your own creative muse.
