-Training in your home and neighborhood, so you don’t put your life on pause to get and stay healthy. Let’s slot a training session into your day before work, or with the kids around, so you don't need to hire a sitter. Let’s get you more time to spend on the activities and people you love.
-Woman-centered program design, that honors and respects women’s specific needs and challenges in the journey to health. Training that incorporates both the physical and psychological aspects of health. My programs create strength, beauty, and confidence from the inside that make you shine on the outside.
-An expert trainer and ally, so you have someone to hold you accountable and that you can count on to help you through every step of the way. I get it, I’ve been through it, and I’ll keep everything fun, fresh, and authentic.
-Fun, no-fuss fitness, where you can come as you are and enjoy the journey. Play your personal champion soundtrack while we train. Workout in your favorite old t-shirt and sweats, or even pajamas if you'd like. No make-up needed, lord knows I won't have any on at 6am.
-Fitness and health from the real world, so you can reach your goals without strict rules, deprivation, or needing to choose between the things you want to achieve and the things you love. By designing programs that are realistic, individual, and integrative, I empower women to create the changes they want in their lives.
