Where is GND Fitness located?
I am flexible. I have multiple outdoor meeting locations from Venice to Palos Verdes. I also offer in home training.
What do I need?
All you'll need is comfortable active wear, athletic shoes and water. If you have one, bring a yoga mat if not I will have one for you.
What about weights?
I've got you covered! I will provide dumbbells, kettle bells, bosu ball, Pilates balls, Swiss ball, and resistance bands.
How often should we meet?
How often we meet will depend on your personal goals and schedule. Typically I meet with clients 2-3 days a week, but all training is individualized.
How long will it take to make my nutrition plan?
The initial nutrition consultation can last anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour and a half, it varies for each person. Follow up nutrition plans are typically shorter, lasting 30 minutes, and can be done in person or over the phone.
How long are the work outs?
Each training session will last 50 minutes.
