What should I bring and wear?

Required items:
1. Shorts, spaghetti straps / tank top. (No pants or you will slide off the pole)
2. Yoga mat (You can rent one for $3 if you can't bring your own.)

Optional items:
3. Heels (Dance heels only. Ex. Pleaser's (https://pleasershoes.com/)Hella Heels)(https://us.hellaheels.com/)

No lotion oils or creams on the body you will slide right off the pole.

Do you offer other classes other than pole fitness?

Yes. at Girl Next Door Fitness we offer Conditioning class called "Sexy workout, Chair Dance class, Floorwork class and Twerkology class." These are all non pole classes with benefits of cardio and burning calories.

Question 3

I have no upper body strength and I feel out of shape, can I do pole?

Yes you can! At Girl Next Door Fitness we break down the moves so that no matter what shape or size you are, you can still pole!

I have no previous experience, would I be able to take your classes?

No previous experience required. Our studio specializes in beginner classes.
