We also offer Liquid Motion Level 1 floor work which introduces basic floor inversions body conditioning and dance exploration.

Liquid motion, floor work is all about movement off the pole and on the ground. A way to connect with our bodies and have fun with the music. This class is more about mini combos and connecting the movements. Floor work also helps with body awareness and makes you feel like a goddess.

Are your struggling to get your splits? This class is all about getting flexible. Everybody is different so we go through all the techniques to help with all kinds of flexibility. This is to work on front splits, middles splits and back flexiblity.

This class will provide many different core building exercises that will give you the strength to be able to perfect the tricks that you want to learn safety. We will be building strength in all of the muscles we forget about that required to use in pole! On and off the pole workouts will be included. All levels welcomed.

This class is for anyone working on their balance and hand stands. We'll teach you the simple tricks and tips needed to reach your goal. This class is a must also for strengthening arms and core stability. Ashley breaks down every move to its basic making it easy to follow and understand.

Hand Stand Balance




Want to become more fluid, flowing and slinky with your pole journey…this class is for you. Build a strong foundation to improve fluidity in your pole combos. This class will condition all of your muscles. This class uses active resistance exercises.

Bring yoga mat. Lotion is not recommended on the skin. Shorts, tank top or sports bra is recommended for good grip on the pole. Heels or socks recommended.

This is a choreographed class for beginners. Lets get that cardio in by dancing on and around a chair. Unleash your inner goddess and have fun chair dancing.

Freshman beginner pole


Welcome to beginner pole level 1….you will learn beginner pole tricks and flows on static and spin pole. Class starts with a full body warm up to get your blood flowing. We continue with muscular strengthening of the muscles we will be using to complete our pole tricks for the day as well as a cool down with stretching to complete our session.

Please bring a yoga mat. Shorts and a tank top or sports bra is recommended for good grip on the pole. No jewelry, no lotions.

Welcome to intro to pole, where your pole journey begins. This class is structured to condition your body and mind which also improves body awareness. Start with a full body warm up and dynamic stretching to get your blood flowing. Continue with muscular conditioning on the pole to improve upper body, legs and core strength. Learn all the fundamentals, pole grips, terms and beginner moves to get you ready to climb, sit and invert on the pole.

Come prepared to class on time, with a yoga mat, alcohol and rag to clean the pole. Lotion is not recommended on the skin….shorts , tank top or sports bra is recommended for good grip on the pole.

Sexy Flow pole dance

Looking to find your inner goddess? All levels welcomed. Find that part of yourself you never knew existed! Learn how to move your body with slinky, sexy, fun routines and tricks.


Shorts and no lotion on the body prior! Heels optional but recommended.

We have a $10 late penalty fee. You have 3 hrs to cancel a class. No shows will be charged $10 as well and class will not be refunded.
