This class is all about building confidence, body awareness, and strength at your own pace. You don’t need to be flexible, strong, or have any prior dance experience to start. Instead, we focus on helping you connect your mind and body, while learning how to move comfortably around the pole.
Think of it as the foundation before jumping into our Beginner Pole Tricks class. In Introduction to Pole, you’ll practice simple movements that teach you how to engage your muscles, improve balance, and develop coordination.
